We consider refund requests only for merchandise received in damaged or faulty condition, an incorrect item, or an item that is materially not as described. A preference change or no-reason request is not eligible.
The request must reach us within 30 days of delivery and should contain the order number, details of the problem, and suitable photo or other supporting evidence.
Nothing should be returned before authorization and return directions are issued. A package sent without approval may be refused and may not qualify for reimbursement.
Each claim is assessed using the order record and supplied evidence, plus the returned merchandise when requested. If approved, we may correct the issue, replace the item, or return funds to the original payment method.
Payment providers may take extra time to post an approved refund. Delivery charges are included only when the approved outcome or applicable law requires it.
