Shipping is offered only where checkout accepts the destination and the selected products. The options displayed for the completed delivery address are the options available for that order.
We generally process orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery in transit is estimated at 2–4 business days after shipment; this window is informational rather than guaranteed and can change because of carrier operations, weather, demand, or location.
Checkout determines whether shipping is free, what fee applies, and which service is selected. The customer is responsible for supplying accurate recipient and delivery details, including email and phone information.
A dispatch message includes tracking when the service provides it. Carrier scans may not appear immediately.
If a parcel is late, lost, damaged, delivered to the wrong place, or affected by an address problem, notify us without delay. We will examine the order and shipping record before giving the appropriate resolution steps.
